COVID-19

Residents need a requisition form to get a COVID-19 test. Please visit your local doctor to secure the written request. If you need to make an appointment for COVID-19 testing, please call or WhatsApp 869-763-0549. We start collecting samples at 09:30 to 10:30.

 

Samples for travel must be received by Avalon before 12pm two days before your planned departure. If less than 24-hour turnaround is required, we may be able to accommodate you for an additional charge.
